Elementary
Our elementary program focuses on helping kids fall in love with movement while building confidence in how their bodies move and feel. Using bodyweight exercises like pull-ups, push-ups, squats, box jumps, and running, we teach strong fundamentals in a fun, encouraging way. We mix in games and team activities so kids stay engaged while learning teamwork and the value of hard work.
Middle School
In our middle school program, we build on the strong foundation of body awareness and movement developed in our elementary classes. As athletes are ready, we begin introducing barbell lifts with a major focus on safe, proper technique. This program is for every child—not just those in sports—because we meet each kid where they are and adjust workouts to be more or less challenging to help them grow in confidence and strength.
Teams
We love working with private teams and helping athletes grow together. Training as a team allows them to strengthen not only their performance, but also the relationships they’ve already built. We’ve had the privilege of training teams from Marcus and Flower Mound Volleyball and Soccer, Lake Dallas Basketball, Flower Mound Lacrosse Association, Coram Deo Football, and many select baseball teams across Flower Mound and Highland Village.
