Step 1:
Try a free class

Pick a day and time that works for you and come check us out, for FREE—our coaches will make sure you feel welcome from the moment you walk in.

Step 2:
Register for 101

This is where you learn the ropes. Your coach will teach movement progressions, fine-tune your technique, and evaluate where you are to help guide your next steps.

*This can be done as private or group sessions.

Step 3:
Join + Schedule Goal Setting Session

Join with a monthly membership or punch card, then schedule your one-on-one goal-setting session so we can set you up for success from day one.
