Spend the 2018-2019 off season training with the best sports performance facility in Flower Mound

This class is geared toward competitive middle school athletes. During the 45 minute long session, coaches work with the athletes to improving their performance on the field/court. Top priority is keeping the athlete healthy and able to practice in-season and off-season. Attention is given to the following areas: running form, speed, explosiveness (vertical), strength (sport, age and gender appropriate), and overall conditioning.

SUMMER SPORTS TRAINING

Our certified coaches will get your athlete ready for their sport all while making it safe, fun enjoyable. Programs are age appropriate and focus on building strength, speed, agility and body awareness. Classes will begin Monday, June 3 and will end August 2 (no classes July 4th week) for a total of 8 weeks. Cost includes a t-shirt.

CrossFit Teens (6th-8th Grade):
