This class is geared toward competitive middle school and high school athletes. During the hour long session, coaches work with the athletes to improving their performance on the field/court. Top priority is keeping the athlete healthy and able to practice in-season and off-season. Attention is given to the following areas: running form, speed, explosiveness (vertical), strength (sport, age and gender appropriate), and overall conditioning.
