The primary focus of Athlete Development Academy’s summer off-season program is to improve speed, power, core strength, hip power, and overall fitness. Our approach is to master the fundamentals and build athletes

Each session 60-minute includes a dynamic warm-up, running and shoulder mechanics, hip and core work, and some conditioning. We will use age specific exercises to ensuring the athletes are mastering the fundamentals. Athletes will be challenged accordingly as they progress. 

We focus on speed, power, core, and hip because they are foundational in the sport. 

Speed will improve with increased range of motion (flexibility), strength, and mechanics. Focusing on mechanics will be invaluable for young athletes since they will be able to remember correct positions and transfer those positions to the field.  

Hip and core strength are the driving force for sprinting, tackling, throwing and swinging. Developing strength will begin with learning correct techniques, then applying force. We have a step-by-step program based on individual demand of each sport.

MIDDLE SCHOOL (incoming 6th-8th):
Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 am

ELEMENTARY (incoming K-5th):
Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 - 11:00 am
