Fitness Pals 2018

 
 

LATE REGISTRATION HERE

Get 2018 started with a bang and join the CrossFit Flower Mound Fitness Pals Challenge.

The goal of this 6 or 12 week challenge is to build community accountability and healthy daily habits. A point system will be used so each participant can work to gain the highest points to win 3 months of unlimited CrossFit.

Below are the requirements to start this FREE challenge. 
- Before and after pictures
- Before and after < 2:00 video testimony
- Someone to take this challenge on with you, your Fitness Pal (must be a CFFM member)
- Attend Weekly webinars (multiple times and day available)
- Participate in FB support Group
- Before and after measurements
- list out goals to be accomplished during the challenge

This isn’t your typical New Years challenge, you don’t have a strict, ridged diet to follow, and you don’t have to buy tons of supplements. However, you will need to develop more self-discipline which will lead to healthy habits.

The following areas will have points awarded based on completion:
- daily workouts
- daily food log (scored by your food pal)
- daily meditation / quiet time
- daily mobility
- weekly hours of sleep
- adherence to prescribed macro nutrients (pro/fat/carbohydrates)
- weekly communication with your food pal
- success in hitting goals

The top 5 point scorers will then be voted on by all participants to crown the winner.
